Since 2014, William Kirtley has spearheaded efforts to develop a better, more modern and more cost-effective boutique arbitration practice, which is perfectly-tailored for international dispute resolution and ADR in the 21st century. Marie-Camille Pitton is currently overseeing the creation of a new arbitration center in the Caribbean (OHADAC zone).

“We have provided legal representation for dozens of clients in ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICDR, JAMS, SIAC and other arbitrations, securing many highly favourable results for our clients, over the past half decade,” said William Kirtley. “It is always pleasant to see that our efforts to provide the best value in the field of international arbitration are being recognised, for instance by being named Who’s Who in the field of international arbitration. It took a number of years to build up an excellent team of lawyers, but we can today say that our ten-person team, dedicated solely to international arbitration, is truly world class. Over the past year, we have created a presence in Washington, D.C., to better serve our clients in ICSID investor-State arbitrations. We are also expanding our work in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia, where we have performed a significant amount of high-quality work for clients in the oil & gas, construction, Information Technology, renewable energy, finance, aeronautics and other industries. We have also performed more work for publicly-listed companies seeking the best value in the field of international arbitration. We have tried to jettison everything that is bad about 20th-century legal practices, such as greed, rigid hierarchy and a failure to actually care about the interests of clients, while keeping everything that is useful, such as rigorous legal analysis and hard work. We are also making far better use of digital technology. Our efforts are paying off.”
