ICC Rules Of Arbitration (1975 through current rules of arbitration)

07/05/2014 by International Arbitration

A colleague in Africa recently requested an older version of the ICC Rules of Arbitration, and to our surprise they were not widely available.

Below, please find three decades of ICC Arbitration Rules, starting in 1975 and running through the 2012 ICC Rules, which are the latest version and currently applicable.

While some of the older versions may be primarily of interest to academics, if an arbitration clause refers to their application they also will be of practical interest.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have a question concerning any version of the ICC Rules of Arbitration.

  • 1988 ICC Rules of Arbitration (English)
  • 1998 ICC Rules of Arbitration (English)
  • 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration (English)
